Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which NeonNeuron Technologies Ltd. offers refunds for subscription purchases on the NeonNeuron workspace platform. All subscriptions are billed annually, and this policy governs your refund eligibility.

Refund Eligibility

NeonNeuron offers refunds for annual subscription purchases under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The subscription was purchased directly through the NeonNeuron platform
  • The account has not been terminated or suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • The refund request is submitted by the account holder who made the original purchase

All three subscription plans are eligible for refunds within the 14-day window: Basic ($199/year), Advanced ($399/year), and Pro ($699/year).

Refund Window

You have a 14-day refund window starting from the date of your subscription purchase. This applies to all plan tiers.

  • The 14-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of account creation
  • Refund requests must be received before 11:59 PM IST on the 14th day after purchase
  • Refunds requested within this window will receive a full refund of the annual subscription fee
  • No partial refunds are available after the 14-day window has expired
  • The refund window applies per subscription purchase and resets upon renewal

After the 14-day refund window closes, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to admin@neonneuron.online with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address, full name, and the workspace name associated with your account
  • Provide the date of purchase and the subscription plan you purchased
  • Include a brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful for improving our service)
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days

Please use the same email address that is registered with your NeonNeuron account to help us verify your identity and process the request promptly.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, processing times are as follows:

  • Refund approval or denial notification: within 5 business days of receiving your request
  • Refund processing after approval: 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
  • Total estimated time from request to receipt: 10-15 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and country

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription fees after the 14-day refund window has expired
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription period
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Subscription renewals where the user did not cancel before the renewal date
  • Any promotional, discounted, or trial subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Service fees, if any, associated with payment processing

Plan Changes

NeonNeuron allows you to change your subscription plan during your billing cycle under the following terms:

  • Upgrading: You may upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remaining period of your annual subscription.
  • Downgrading: Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference between plans during the current cycle.
  • When upgrading, your workspace limits will increase immediately to match the new plan tier
  • When downgrading, you must ensure your usage is within the limits of the lower plan before the next cycle begins
  • Plan changes do not reset or extend the 14-day refund window from the original purchase

Cancellation

You may cancel your NeonNeuron subscription at any time. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation can be initiated through your account Settings page or by contacting us at admin@neonneuron.online
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current annual billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining unused portion of your subscription after the 14-day window
  • You will retain full access to all plan features until your subscription period expires
  • After your subscription expires, your account will revert to a limited state with read-only access to your data
  • You may export your data in JSON or PDF format before your subscription expires
  • Account deletion is separate from cancellation. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
