About Us
NeonNeuron Technologies Ltd. is a software company based in 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. We build a multi-tenant workspace platform designed to bring structure, clarity, and accessibility to team collaboration for organizations of every size.
01
Our Mission
Our mission is to make team collaboration structured, clear, and accessible for organizations of every size. We believe that effective teamwork should not require complex enterprise software with steep learning curves or prohibitive costs. Every team — whether a five-person startup or a growing company with multiple departments — deserves tools that bring order to their work without adding overhead.
NeonNeuron exists to provide a single, unified workspace where teams can organize their people, manage their projects, communicate in real time, and track progress — all within a clean, intuitive interface that teams can adopt quickly and use confidently.

Our Story
NeonNeuron was founded in 2026 in 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. The idea emerged from a straightforward observation: most teams rely on a fragmented set of tools to manage their work. One application for messaging, another for project tracking, yet another for team management, and often spreadsheets to fill the gaps between them. This fragmentation creates confusion, slows decision-making, and makes it difficult for team leaders to maintain a clear picture of what is happening across their organization.
We set out to build a platform that consolidates these essential functions into a single workspace. Rather than attempting to replace every specialized tool, we focused on the core needs that every team shares: organizing people into teams, tracking projects through defined stages, communicating through dedicated channels, and managing access with clear role-based permissions.
From the beginning, we designed NeonNeuron as a multi-tenant platform, meaning each organization operates within its own isolated workspace with its own data, teams, and configurations. This architecture ensures that the platform can serve organizations independently while maintaining strict data separation and security.

What We Build
NeonNeuron is a multi-tenant workspace platform for teams. It provides a structured environment where organizations can manage their people, projects, and communication in one place. The platform includes the following core capabilities:
- Workspaces — Isolated organizational units where teams operate. Each workspace has its own teams, projects, channels, and member roster. Depending on the subscription plan, an account can manage up to 7 workspaces.
- Teams — Groups of members organized within a workspace. Teams can be created, managed, and merged to reflect the actual structure of your organization.
- Projects — Work units with 7-stage progress tracking, allowing teams to move projects through defined phases from initiation to completion. Teams can be assigned to projects for clear ownership and accountability.
- Channels — Dedicated communication spaces within workspaces. Channels support real-time messaging with automatic message expiry to keep conversations current and relevant.
- Role-Based Access Control — A three-tier permission system with Admin, Manager, and Member roles. Admins have full workspace control, Managers have elevated permissions for team and project management, and Members have standard access to participate in their assigned teams and channels.
- Secure Invite System — Time-limited invite links with team passwords for controlled onboarding of new members into workspaces.
- Events & Announcements — Scheduling and broadcasting capabilities for team meetings, events, and organizational announcements.
- Data Export — Export workspace data in JSON and PDF formats for reporting, compliance, or migration purposes.
- OTP Email Verification — Secure account registration and verification through one-time password delivery via email.
The platform is designed for teams that need structure without complexity — organizations that want a clear, organized approach to collaboration without the overhead of enterprise software.

Our Values
Our values guide how we build our product, how we operate as a team, and how we engage with the organizations that use our platform.
- Clarity Over Complexity — We believe that tools should simplify work, not add layers of complexity. Every feature we build must earn its place by making something clearer or easier for the teams that use it.
- Structure Enables Freedom — When teams have clear roles, organized projects, and dedicated communication channels, they spend less time figuring out where things are and more time doing meaningful work. Structure is not a constraint — it is a foundation.
- Security by Default — Data separation between workspaces, role-based access control, OTP verification, and time-limited invites are not optional add-ons. They are built into the core of the platform because security should never be an afterthought.
- Accessibility for All Team Sizes — We design for the five-person team and the fifty-person department equally. Our pricing and feature tiers are structured so that smaller organizations can access the same quality of tooling as larger ones.
- Transparency in Operations — We are straightforward about what our platform does, what it costs, and how we handle data. Our legal policies, pricing, and product documentation reflect this commitment to honesty.
- Continuous Improvement — We ship, learn, and iterate. Our platform is not a finished product — it is a continuously evolving system shaped by the real needs of the teams that use it.

Our Team
NeonNeuron is built by a small, focused founding team based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As an early-stage company, every member of our team contributes across multiple areas of the business.
Founding & Leadership
Our founder and lead developer drives the overall product vision, system architecture, and core platform development. With a background in full-stack web development and a focus on building scalable, real-time applications, the founding team brings hands-on experience in designing multi-tenant systems from the ground up.
Engineering
Our engineering efforts span backend API development, real-time messaging infrastructure, database architecture, frontend interface design, and deployment operations. The team works across the entire stack — from Firestore data modeling to responsive UI implementation — ensuring tight integration between all parts of the platform.
Design & Product
Product design at NeonNeuron is handled in-house, with a focus on creating interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and functional. Our design approach prioritizes usability and information hierarchy, ensuring that teams can navigate the platform without training or onboarding documentation.
Operations & Support
Customer support, business operations, and compliance are managed directly by the founding team. This close involvement means that feedback from users reaches the people building the product without intermediaries, allowing us to respond quickly and make informed decisions about product direction.
06
Technology & Infrastructure
NeonNeuron is built on a modern, cloud-native technology stack chosen for reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Backend — Node.js and Express power our server-side application logic and RESTful API endpoints. This stack provides the performance and ecosystem needed for real-time, event-driven applications.
- Database — Google Firebase and Firestore serve as our primary data layer. Firestore real-time synchronization capabilities enable instant updates across the platform, while its document-based structure aligns naturally with our multi-tenant workspace model.
- Frontend — Our client-side interface is built with Vanilla JavaScript — no heavy frameworks, no unnecessary dependencies. This approach results in fast load times, minimal bundle sizes, and a responsive experience across devices.
- Hosting & Deployment — The platform is deployed on Vercel, providing global edge distribution, automatic scaling, and continuous deployment from our codebase. This infrastructure ensures consistent performance and high availability for users regardless of their location.
- Security — All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication with OTP email verification. Workspace data is isolated at the database level, ensuring strict multi-tenant separation.

Our Vision
We envision NeonNeuron as the workspace platform that organizations choose when they want collaboration that is structured, transparent, and efficient. Our long-term goal is to build a platform that grows with teams — from their first project to their hundredth — without requiring them to outgrow the tool or migrate to more complex systems.
In the near term, we are focused on strengthening the core platform: improving real-time messaging performance, expanding data export capabilities, adding more granular project tracking features, and refining the workspace analytics dashboard. We are also exploring integrations with third-party tools that teams commonly use alongside workspace platforms.
In the longer term, we aim to introduce features that support larger organizational structures — including cross-workspace collaboration, advanced reporting, and API access for custom integrations. Every addition will be evaluated against our core principle: does this make team collaboration more structured, clear, and accessible?
